Sitting Zebra Shelf Decor

These adorable little shelf sitters bring a bit of whimsical safari style to your home. Each is made from jacaranda wood that is hand-carved and painted in Kenya. They are so finely sanded that no lacquer is required. Torso sits 5 inches high x 3 inches deep. MEET THE ARTISANS This amazingly talented group of self-taught artists bring jacaranda wood to life at their studio in Kajiado, Kenya. A group of 35 men and women carve and paint these delicate pieces by hand.  Each artist receives all of their training on site from current members.
