This portable visual schedule is just the easiest thing to make!

1. Buy a fabric pencil pouch.

2. Put a strip of Velcro across the middle of the pouch.

3. Laminate a file folder and cut it down to the right size and put it inside of the pouch (be sure to add Velcro to it)

4. Laminate and cut out the pictures you want for the schedule, put Velcro on the back and attach them to the inside of the pouch.

💥 BOOM….DONE!

Why: It is so much more efficient for you, the teacher, than having to set up and manage classroom jobs. No classroom job board. No taking time to reassign jobs regularly. No managing and remembering who already did what job and whose turn is next. Plus, students love being the Special Helper. How: Set up the special helper set once and you’re good to go for the whole year! Type each students name on a card, laminate, cut, Velcro dot, done!
