1️⃣ Prone Decompression

Relax your core to let your lumbar spine decompress and release the pressure off your sciatic nerve.

2️⃣ Lateral Bridge Stabilization

This helps release pressure off the piriformis pain point and strengthens your quadratus lumborum.

Dr Craig Bentham on Instagram: "🔹 PIRIFORMIS STRETCH 🔹 If your hip or glute region is sore or tight, give this stretch a try! Your piriformis muscle lies deep under your glute muscles, and is often tight due to how little we stretch and move our hips. All you need is a doorway so no excuses 😜 1️⃣ Hold onto a doorframe and cross your ankle over your opposite knee. 2️⃣ Sit back into your hips while you continuing holding the doorframe for balance. 3️⃣ Hold for 10 seconds then switch legs. Repeat a few times a day!
