Started with simple RDL‘s with a kickstand and leg, moved on to adding hip extension, to adding the knee Drive, and then would really only attempt pistol squats in more advanced classes. Then added a soft squat with rows and lateral flexion, there’s a lot you could do with that squat series too. I just didn’t feel like adding anything else onto it😜 This series would be best in a flow class, but the pace and the challenge can definitely be elevated to fit a cardio sculpt class as well.
