Something a lil different from me! I filmed this class for @pwa.pilatesapp this week after teaching something very similar on a recent event & in an online 1:1 session. The inspiration came from using the weights to mimic the reformer straps, which you can see we build up to from the first exercise to the last. Using 1kg weights & Pilates ball 🤎
