My specialty: I make the leaf and flower patterns for all of my miniature plants from colored oven-hardening polymer clay using the cane technique. I stack different colored clay together to form patterns and reduce the size to a few mm. This makes very delicate and realistic patterns possible. But it also takes some practice and a lot of patience. The stem is made of floral wire and the pot is made by me from transparent resin. I really wanted a transparent pot for the orchids. The nursing pots fit perfectly into the orchid planters. All parts have magnets to attach to each other and my custom made wooden shelves. Yohann LF on Instagram: "Today I wanted to tell you about this super cool terrarium, I'll soon be using it to grow miniature orchids, I already had a terrarium like this, only smaller, but less technical. The results are absolutely incredible, I remember when I was lucky enough to see tiny flowers bloom, it was crazy, ditto for the bucephalandra which developed absolutely fantastic bluish metallic colors. I love growing emergent plants, which require a lot of observation to understand the plant's adaptation mechanisms. Sometimes this fails, sometimes it succeeds, and perennials are very resilient. I remember this plant, hydrocotyle tripartita, which seems very fragile, but once well adapted to its humid environment, develops a strong adhesion and a pinkish color, very hard to the touch.
