Fact fluency activities

Number fact fluency is important to develop in first and second grade. Without automatic recall it's hard to move on to more complex skills.

Setting up a fact fluency program can be daunting for students to learn addition and subtraction facts. First and second grade standards include fact fluency, and kids will need lots of practice through games and activities to get fluent. I'm sharing some ways to organize and track fluency, as well as some fun ways to practice math facts. Your students will be on their way to fluency in first and second grade!
