It was the most delicious dipping oil and I would have been perfectly happy if this was all I was served for dinner. The brown sugar is a perfect compliment to the smokiness of the smoked paprika. The combination of flavors just works. I bake a batch of these on the weekends so the kids have them for lunches, whether they use them for sandwiches or slice them into salads. The breasts come out tender and flavorful and so juicy. Perfect every time . . . Sweet and Spicy Baked Chicken Breast . .
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbls olive oil Rub:
6 tsp smoked paprika
6 tsp brown sugar 
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp cayenne 
1 1/2 tsp salt Heat oven to 450F.
