When you are bogged down by unwanted behavior, like constantly scrolling and feeling numb, it is perhaps the worst feeling. Even the posts and the knowledge seems overwhelming, and all you want to do is delete all apps from your phone. Yet, when you do so, you fall into emptiness and dullness as if your whole life depends upon these social media apps.
