This year I entered Armies on Parade AoS with my Tzeentch warband. The miniatures are mostly the ones I painted from the Silver Tower boz last year. The only new miniature I painted was a Lord of Change. I really like making terrain, and I'm extremely happy with this display-board. In these stormcast bases we paired it with temple rubble instead of the village rubble, and it looks just as good! It swaps out the walls and wood piles for a blockier looking stone and column pieces which could imply a little more architectural sophistication 😌

And our current favourite agent of destruction - the chaos crystals bursting from beneath the ground help to tell the story of how the rubble got rubbled 💥 

You don’t need to be too careful when applying texture paint on the cobblestones. Just go fast and spread it on, then use a wet brush to clean off the areas where you want the cobblestone to be exposed!
