This was a piece for a custom Draconic species. The ideation included various horn and tail designs as well as figuring out just what level of sexual dimorphism was present in the creatures. As some others have noted, the anatomy is quite mammalian, however I've always felt dragons are probably closer to mammals like monotremes, egg-laying and primitive.
