Native Botanical Vodka Spritz Cocktail Recipe
The taste of warm summer afternoons, long lunches and garden parties. Infused with native lemon-scented gum, native sunrise lime, Australian peach and roman chamomile, our Native Botanical Vodka Spritz adds vibrant floral flavours to this cult classic cocktail. 30ml Native Botanical Vodka 30ml Aperol Topped with Soda Orange Wedge Fill a wine glass with ice and pour over all ingredients. Stir with long spoon and garnish with an orange wedge. Enjoy Archie Rose responsibly and in good spirits 🥃

Enjoy our Double Malt Whisky in the spirit it was created with a one of a kind cocktail we like to call the Salty Dingo. Build in a highball over ice: 30ml Double Malt Whisky, 90ml Strangelove Salted Grapefruit Soda and a Barspoon (5ml) of honey water (1:1 honey to water). Garnish with a grapefruit half wheel. Remember, always drink Archie Rose Responsibly & In Good Spirits.

Our incredibly hard-working and fancy bar team delivered some special cocktails for the Mardi Gras season. Like the one featured here! Teddy Bear’s picnic at Little Congwong. This drink is a riff on a Sex On The Beach. Which is actually a very silly cocktail that harks from Florida in the mid to late 80s. It’s named in honour of a beach near our distillery in Banksmeadow - Little Congwong, a brazen little nudist beach which is not unused to hosting teddy bear picnics.
