Two-photon physics with L3 at LEP / Echenard, B (DPNC, Geneva, Switzerland)
The knowledge of two-photon processes increased during the last years thanks to the large sample of e/sup +/e/sup -/ to e/sup +/e/sup -/ hadrons, events collected by L3 at LEP. Inclusive single hadron production such as pi /sup 0/, pi /sup +or-/, K/sub s//sup 0/, K/sup +or-/ and inclusive charm and bottom production are compared to NLO QCD predictions. [...]

Resonance production in two photon collisions at LEP with the L3 detector / Andreev, V P (Dept of Phys & Astron)
The ee to eeK/sub S//sup 0/K/sup +or-/ pi /sup -or+/, ee to ee eta pi /sup +/ pi /sup -/ and e/sup +/e/sup to /e/sup +/e/sup -/ pi /sup +/ pi /sup -/ pi /sup +/ pi /sup -/ final states are studied with the L3 detector at LEP using data collected at center-of-mass energies from 160 GeV up to 202 GeV. The mass spectrum of the K/sub S//sup 0/K/sup +or-/ pi /sup -or+/ final state shows an enhancement around 1470 MeV, which is identified with the pseudoscalar meson eta (1440). [...]

Rare K/sup 0/ decays (preliminary) / Kekelidze, V D (JINR, Dubna, Russia)
The preliminary results are obtained in the NA48 experiment at CERN SPS the first evidence for the decay of K/sub S/ to pi /sup +/ pi /sup -/e/sup +/e/sup -/, an upper limit estimation for Br(K/sub S/ to pi /sup 0/e/sup +/e/sup -/), and the measurement of the branching ratios of K/sub S/ decays into two gamma 's, and K/sub L/ decays into e/sup + /e/sup -/e/sup +/e/sup -/, pi /sup 0/ gamma gamma and e/sup +/e/sup -/ gamma gamma..

Tau decays with charged kaons at OPAL / Towers, S (Ottawa-Carleton Inst for Phys)
From an analysis of the ionisation energy loss of charged particles selected from tau pair candidates recorded in the OPAL detector at centre-of-mass energies near the Z/sup 0/ resonance, we determine competitive measurements of the tau /sup -/ to nu /sub tau /K/sup - />or=0h/sup 0/ branching ratio, where the h/sup 0/ notation refers to a pi /sup 0/, an eta , a K/sub S//sup 0/, or a K/sub L//sup 0/. We also determine the tau /sup -/ to nu /sub tau /K/sup -/ pi /sup -/ pi /sup +/( pi /sup 0/) and tau /sup -/ to nu /sub tau /K/sup -/ pi /sup -/K/sup +/( pi /sup 0/) branching fractions, where the ( pi /sup 0/) notation refers to decay modes with or without an accompanying pi /sup 0/.
