The Future Circular electron-positron Collider, FCC- ee, is designed for unprecedented precision for particle physics experiments from the Z-pole up to above the top-pair-threshold, corresponding to a beam energy range from 45.6 to 182.5 GeV. Performing collisions at various particle-physics resonances requires precise knowledge of the centre-of-mass energy (ECM) and collision boosts at all four interaction points. [...]

Monochromatization Interaction Region Optics Design for Direct s-channel production at FCC-ee
/ Zhang, Z D (Beijing, Inst. High Energy Phys. ; BSRF, Beijing ; IJCLab, Orsay) ; Faus-Golfe, A (IJCLab, Orsay) ; Jiang, H P (Harbin Inst. Tech.) ; Bai, B W (Harbin Inst. Tech.) ; Zimmermann, F (CERN) ; Oide, K (Sokendai, Tsukuba ; KEK, Tsukuba ; Geneva U.)
One of the most fundamental measurements since the Higgs boson discovery, is its Yukawa couplings. Such a measurement is only feasible, if the centre-of-mass (CM) energy spread of the e+e- collisions can be reduced from ~50 MeV to a level comparable to the Higgs boson’s natural width of ~4 MeV. Damping ring and transfer lines of FCC-𝑒+𝑒− injector complex
/ Spampinati, Simone (Frascati) ; De Santis, Antonio (Frascati) ; Dutheil, Yann (CERN) ; Etisken, Ozgur (Kirikkale U. ; Frascati) ; Ramjiawan, Rebecca (CERN) ; Milardi, Catia (Frascati)
The Future Circular Collider project is built around two main pillars: the construction of 100 km lepton collider running at increasing energies from the Z-pole to the t-tbar threshold (FCC-ee) followed by a hadron collider in the same tunnel (FCC-hh) to explore unprecedented energy frontier. The realization of FCC-ee relies on a very challenging injector complex that should provide the highest ever realized source of positrons, which will serve the first phase of the collider operations (Z-pole). In this contribution the relevant aspects related to the damping of the high-emittance beam coming from the positron source and the transport of the damped beam within the different LINAC of the injector complex are presented and discussed..

First Optics Design for a Transverse Monochromatic Scheme for the Direct S-Channel Higgs Production at FCC-ee Collider
/ Jiang, Hongping (Harbin Inst. Tech. ; IJCLab, Orsay) ; Faus-Golfe, Angeles (IJCLab, Orsay) ; Oide, Katsunobu (KEK, Tsukuba) ; Zhang, Zhandong (Beijing, Inst. High Energy Phys. ; IJCLab, Orsay) ; Zimmermann, Frank (CERN)
The FCC-ee collider baseline foresees four different energy operation modes: Z, WW, H(ZH) and ttbar. An optional fifth mode, called s-channel Higgs production mode, could allow the measurement of the electron Yukawa coupling, in dedicated runs at 125 GeV centre-of-mass energy, provided that the centre-of-mass energy spread, can be reduced by at least an order of magnitude (5-10 MeV). Update in the optics design of monochromatization interaction region for direct Higgs s-channel production at FCC-ee
/ Zhang, Zhandong (Beijing, Inst. High Energy Phys. ; IJCLab, Orsay ; Beijing, GUCAS) ; Faus-Golfe, Angeles (IJCLab, Orsay) ; Jiang, Hongping (Unlisted, CN) ; Bai, Bowen (Harbin Inst. Tech.) ; Raimondi, Pantaleo (Fermilab) ; Zimmermann, Frank (CERN) ; Oide, Katsunobu (U. Geneva (main) ; KEK, Tsukuba)
The FCC-ee could allow the measurement of the electron Yukawa coupling via direct Higgs s-channel production at ~125 GeV centre-of-mass (CM) energy, provided that the CM energy spread of this channel, can be reduced to about 5–10 MeV to be comparable to the width of the standard model Higgs boson. The natural collision-energy spread at 125 GeV, due only to synchrotron radiation (SR), is about 50 MeV. [...]

FCC-ee injector study foresees 3.5~nC electron and positron bunches with 200 Hz repetition and 2 bunches per linac pulse at 6~GeV extraction energy. Regarding the possible options of positron production, we retain both of the conventional amorphous target and the hybrid target options. [...]
