Kernphys.) ; Ketzer, Bernhard (Bonn U., HISKP) ; Kiselev, Oleg (Darmstadt, GSI) ; Maev, Evgeny (St. Petersburg, INP) ; Paul, Stephan (Munich, Tech. The proton charge radius can be determined by measuring the slope of the electric form-factor $G_E$ at small four-momentum transfer squared $Q^2$. Numerous elastic-scattering and laser-spectroscopy measurements of the proton radius have been performed with contradicting results, often referred to as the proton-radius puzzle. [...]

Quark helicity distributions from longitudinal spin asymmetries in muon-proton and muon-deuteron scattering / COMPASS Collaboration
Double-spin asymmetries for production of charged pions and kaons in semi-inclusive deep-inelastic muon scattering have been measured by the COMPASS experiment at CERN. The data, obtained by scattering a 160 GeV muon beam off a longitudinally polarised NH_3 target, cover a range of the Bjorken variable x between 0.004 and 0.7. [...]

A high-statistics measurement of transverse spin effects in dihadron production from muon-proton semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering / COMPASS Collaboration
A measurement of the azimuthal asymmetry in dihadron production in deep-inelastic scattering of muons on transversely polarised proton (NH$_{3}$) targets are presented. They provide independent access to the transversity distribution functions through the measurement of the Collins asymmetry in single hadron production. [...]

Exclusive meson production at COMPASS / Pochodzalla, Josef (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) ; Mankiewicz, Lech (Munich, Tech. U.) ; Moinester, Murray (Tel Aviv U.) ; Piller, Gunther (Munich, Tech. U.) ; Sandacz, Andrzej (Soltan Inst., Swierk) ; Vanderhaeghen, Marc (Mainz U., Inst. Phys.)
We explore the feasibility to study exclusive meson production (EMP) in hard muon-proton scattering at the COMPASS experiment. These measurements constrain the off-forward parton distributions (OFPD's) of the proton, which are related to the quark orbital contribution to the proton spin..

Collins and Sivers asymmetries in muonproduction of pions and kaons off transversely polarised proton / COMPASS collaboration
Measurements of the Collins and Sivers asymmetries for charged pions and charged and neutral kaons produced in semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering of high energy muons off transversely polarised protons are presented. The results were obtained using all the available COMPASS proton data, which were taken in the years 2007 and 2010. [...]

p-p, p-$\Lambda$ and $\Lambda$-$\Lambda$ correlations studied via femtoscopy in pp reactions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV / ALICE Collaboration
We report on the first femtoscopic measurement of baryon pairs, such as p-p, p-$\Lambda$ and $\Lambda$-$\Lambda$, measured by ALICE at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV This study demonstrates the feasibility of such measurements in pp collisions at ultrarelativistic energies. The femtoscopy method is employed to constrain the hyperon-nucleon and hyperon-hyperon interactions, which are still rather poorly understood. [...]
