Reconstructing charged particle track segments with a quantum-enhanced support vector machine / Duckett, Philippa (University Coll. London ; U. Coll. London) ; Facini, Gabriel (University Coll. London ; U. Coll. London) ; Jastrzebski, Marcin (University Coll. London ; U. Coll. London) ; Malik, Sarah (University Coll. London ; U. Coll. London) ; Scanlon, Tim (University Coll. London ; U. Coll. London) ; Rettie, Sebastien (University Coll. London ; CERN)
Reconstructing the trajectories of charged particles from the collection of hits they leave in the detectors of collider experiments like those at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is a challenging combinatorics problem and computationally intensive. The ten-fold increase in the delivered luminosity at the upgraded High Luminosity LHC will result in a very densely populated detector environment. [...]

Measurement and application of electron stripping of ultrarelativistic $^{208}\textrm{Pb}^{81+}$ / Cooke, D.A. (University Coll. London) ; Bauche, J. (CERN) ; Cascella, M. (University Coll. London) ; Chappell, J. (University Coll. London) ; Alemany–Fernández, R. (CERN) ; Gorgisyan, I. (CERN) ; Gschwendtner, E. (CERN) ; Jolly, S. (University Coll. London) ; Kain, V. (CERN) ; Keeble, F. (University Coll. London) et al.
New measurements of the stripping cross-section for ultrarelativistic hydrogen-like lead ions passing through aluminium and silicon have been performed at the Advanced Wakefield experiment at CERN. Agreement with existing measurements and theory has been obtained. [...]

Higgs cross-section and properties at ATLAS and CMS / Rettie, Sébastien (University Coll. London)
Recent measurements of Higgs boson cross-section and properties are presented using up to $139~\text{fb}^{-1}$ of proton-proton collision data delivered by the Large Hadron Collider at $\sqrt{s}~=~13~\text{TeV}$ and recorded by the ATLAS and CMS detectors. [...]

Particle tracking and radiation field characterization with Timepix3 in ATLAS / Bergmann, B (IEAP CTU, Prague) ; Billoud, T (IEAP CTU, Prague) ; Burian, P (IEAP CTU, Prague ; Pilsen U.) ; Leroy, C (Montreal U.) ; Mánek, P (IEAP CTU, Prague ; University Coll. Four hybrid pixel detectors of Timepix3 technology, installed in the ATLAS experiment, were continuously taking data from April 2018 until the end of the Run-2 data taking period (December 2019). These detectors are synchronized with each other and the LHC orbit clock. [...]

New sensitivity of LHC measurements to Composite Dark Matter Models / Butterworth, J.M. (U. Coll. London) ; Corpe, L. (CERN) ; Kong, X. (U. Coll. London) ; Kulkarni, S. (Graz U.) ; Thomas, M. (U. Coll. London)
We present sensitivity of LHC differential cross-section measurements to so-called "stealth dark matter" scenarios occurring in an SU($N$ $_{D}$) dark gauge group, where constituents are charged under the Standard Model and $N$ $_{D}$ =2 or 4. The low-energy theory contains mesons which can be produced at the LHC, and a scalar baryon dark matter (DM) candidate which cannot. [...]

ProtoDUNEs / Manenti, Laura (University Coll. London)
These proceedings review the two DUNE prototype detectors, namely Single- and Dual-Phase ProtoDUNEs. The detectors, both employing liquid argon Time Projection Chambers (LAr TPCs), are currently being built at CERN as part of the ProtoDUNE experimental programme. [...]

EUDAQ2 -- A Flexible Data Acquisition Software Framework for Common Test BeamsEUDAQ2—A flexible data acquisition software framework for common test beams / Liu, Y. (DESY) ; Amjad, M.S. (University Coll. London) ; Baesso, P. (Bristol U.) ; Cussans, D. (Bristol U.) ; Dreyling-Eschweiler, J. (DESY) ; Ete, R. (DESY) ; Gregor, I. (DESY) ; Huth, L. (DESY) ; Irles, A. (Orsay, LAL) ; Jansen, H. (DESY) et al.
The data acquisition software framework, EUDAQ, was originally developed to read out data from the EUDET-type pixel telescopes. This was successfully used in many test beam campaigns in which an external position and time reference were required. [...]

Combination of aN$^3$LO PDFs and implications for Higgs production cross-sections at the LHC / MSHT Collaboration
We discuss how the two existing approximate N$^3$LO (aN$^3$LO) sets of parton distributions (PDFs) from the MSHT20 and NNPDF4.0 series can be combined for LHC phenomenology, both in the pure QCD case and for the QCD$\otimes$QED sets that include the photon PDF. [...]

Impact of Inclusive Electron Ion Collider Data on Collinear Parton Distributions / Armesto, Néstor (Santiago de Compostela U., IGFAE) ; Cridge, Thomas (DESY) ; Giuli, Francesco (CERN) ; Harland-Lang, Lucian (University Coll. London) ; Newman, Paul (Birmingham U.) ; Schmookler, Barak (UC, Riverside) ; Thorne, Robert (University Coll. London) ; Wichmann, Katarzyna (DESY)
A study is presented of the impact of simulated inclusive Electron Ion Collider Deep Inelastic Scattering data on the determination of the proton and nuclear parton distribution functions (PDFs) at next-to-next-to-leading and next-to-leading order in QCD, respectively. The influence on the proton PDFs is evaluated relative to the HERAPDF2.0 set, which uses inclusive HERA data only, and also relative to the global fitting approach of the MSHT20 PDFs. [...]
