NNLO QCD corrections to the q$^{2}$ spectrum of inclusive semileptonic B-meson decays / Fael, Matteo (CERN) ; Herren, Florian (Zurich U.)
We calculate the next-to-next-to-leading order QCD corrections to the leptonic invariant mass ($q^2$) spectrum of semileptonic $b \to c$ inclusive decays, taking into account the mass of the charm quark and the charged lepton in the final state. We obtain analytic results in terms of generalized polylogarithms and present numerical studies of the $\mathcal{O}(\alpha_s^2)$ corrections to the $q^2$ spectrum of $b \to c \ell \bar \nu_\ell$ decays, for $\ell =e, \mu$ and $\tau$, in the kinetic scheme. Study of charged current decays at LHCb / Mathad, Abhijit (CERN) /LHCb Collaboration
Semileptonic charged current decays, particularly $b \rightarrow c \ell^- \bar{\nu}_{\ell}$ and $b \rightarrow u \ell^- \bar{\nu}_{\ell}$ processes, have played a pivotal role in testing the foundations of the Standard Model of particle physics. This report presents recent findings from the LHCb experiment, where these decays have been explored to investigate three critical fronts: lepton flavor universality, the pursuit of new physics phenomena beyond the Standard Model, and the precision constraints imposed on the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix elements $|V_{cb}|$ and $|V_{ub}|$..

New DELPHI Results from Semileptonic b, c Decays / Margoni, M. (Padua U. ; INFN, Padua)
The inclusive direct and cascade semileptonic branching ratios of the b quark were measured from a fit to the lepton momentum spectrum in the B-hadron rest frame, exploiting the charge correlation between the lepton and the heavy meson. The value of the Vcb element in the CKM quark mixing matrix was computed from the differential decay width of the process B0--> D+-* l- nu, measured as a function of the product W of the B and D* 4-velocities, using an inclusive method of D* reconstruction.
