Light quark Yukawas in triboson final states / Falkowski, Adam (IJCLab, Orsay) ; Ganguly, Sanmay (Weizmann Inst.) ; Gras, Phillippe (IRFU, Saclay) ; No, Jose Miguel (Madrid, Autonoma U.) ; Tobioka, Kohsaku (Florida State U. ; KEK, Tsukuba) ; Vignaroli, Natascia (Pisa U. ; INFN, Pisa) ; You, Tevong (CERN ; Cambridge U., DAMTP)
Triple heavy vector boson production, $p p \to VVV$$(V = W, Z)$, has recently been observed for the first time. We propose that precision measurements of this process provide an excellent probe of the first generation light quark Yukawa couplings. [...]

Parton distributions in the SMEFT from high-energy Drell-Yan tails / Greljo, Admir (U. Bern, AEC ; CERN) ; Iranipour, Shayan (Cambridge U., DAMTP) ; Kassabov, Zahari (Cambridge U., DAMTP) ; Madigan, Maeve (Cambridge U., DAMTP) ; Moore, James (Cambridge U., DAMTP) ; Rojo, Juan (Vrije U., Amsterdam ; NIKHEF, Amsterdam) ; Ubiali, Maria (Cambridge U., DAMTP) ; Voisey, Cameron (Cambridge U.)
The high-energy tails of charged- and neutral-current Drell-Yan processes provide important constraints on the light quark and anti-quark parton distribution functions (PDFs) in the large-x region. At the same time, short-distance new physics effects such as those encoded by the Standard Model Effective Field Theory (SMEFT) would induce smooth distortions to the same high-energy Drell-Yan tails. Flavonstrahlung in the $B_3-L_2$$Z'$ Model at Current and Future Colliders / Allanach, Ben (Cambridge U., DAMTP ; CERN) ; Loisa, Eetu (Cambridge U., DAMTP)
The $B_3-L_2$$Z^\prime$ model may explain some gross features of the fermion mass spectrum as well as $b\rightarrow s \ell \ell$ anomalies. A TeV-scale physical scalar field associated with gauged $U(1)_{B_3-L_2}$ spontaneous symmetry breaking, the flavon field $\vartheta$, affects Higgs phenomenology via mixing. [...]

Dimension-6 Operator Analysis of the CLIC Sensitivity to New Physics / Ellis, John (King's Coll. London ; CERN) ; Roloff, Philipp (CERN) ; Sanz, Veronica (Sussex U.) ; You, Tevong (Cambridge U.)
We estimate the possible accuracies of measurements at the proposed CLIC $e^+e^-$ collider of Higgs and $W^+W^-$ production at centre-of-mass energies up to 3TeV, incorporating also Higgsstrahlung projections at higher energies that had not been considered previously, and use them to explore the prospective CLIC sensitivities to decoupled new physics. We present the resulting constraints on the Wilson coefficients of dimension-6 operators in a model-independent approach based on the Standard Model effective field theory (SM EFT). [...]

Sensitivities of Prospective Future e+e- Colliders to Decoupled New Physics / Ellis, John (King's Coll. London ; CERN) ; You, Tevong (King's Coll. London ; Cambridge U. ; Cambridge U., DAMTP)
We explore the indirect sensitivities to decoupled new physics of prospective precision electroweak measurements, triple-gauge-coupling measurements and Higgs physics at future $e^+e^-$ colliders, with emphasis on the ILC250 and FCC-ee. The Standard Model effective field theory (SM EFT) is adopted as a model-independent approach for relating experimental precision projections to the scale of new physics, and we present prospective constraints on the Wilson coefficients of dimension-6 operators. The dark side of the proton / McCullough, Matthew (CERN) ; Moore, James (Cambridge U.) ; Ubiali, Maria (Cambridge U.)
We study the sensitivity of the High-Luminosity LHC to a light baryonic dark photon $B$, primarily coupled to quarks, as a constituent of the proton. This is achieved by allowing for a dark photon parton distribution function (PDF) in the PDF evolution equations. [...]
