Deuteron and triton production with high energy sulphur and lead beams / Bearden, I G ; Bøggild, H ; Boissevain, J G ; Christiansen, P H L ; Conin, L ; Dodd, J ; Erazmus, B ; Esumi, S C ; Fabjan, Christian Wolfgang ; Ferenc, D et al.
Proton and deuteron production has been observed in S+S and S+Pb collisions at 200 A GeV and in Pb+Pb reactions at 158 A GeV at the CERN SPS accelerator. For Pb+Pb triton production was also measured. [...]

New results from CERES / CERES Collaboration
We will focus here on results from the 1999 data taking period, where 8 M Pb+Au events at 40 AGeV were recorded. Since the new readout system of the TPC was not yet properly working, this data set is limited in terms of statistics, and momentum resolution. [...]

First results from RHIC-PHENIX / PHENIX Collaboration
The PHENIX experiment consists of a large detector system located at the newly commissioned Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC) at the Brookhaven National Laboratory. The primary goal of the PHENIX experiment is to look for signatures of the QCD prediction of a deconfined high-energy-density phase of nuclear matter and the quark gluon plasma. [...]

Recent results on correlations and particle spectra from experiment NA44 / NA44 Collaboration
Recent results for both single particle spectra and two particle interferometry from CERN experiment NA44 are presented. Experiment NA44 is a focussing spectrometer with both excellent momentum resolution and particle identification. [...]

Space-time evolution of the hadronic source in peripheral to central Pb + Pb collisions / Bearden, I G ; Bøggild, H ; Boissevain, J G ; Christiansen, P H L ; Conin, L ; Dodd, J ; Erazmus, B ; Esumi, S C ; Fabjan, Christian Wolfgang ; Ferenc, D et al.
Two-particle correlations of negative pions as a function of charged particle multiplicity are studied in Pb+Pb collisions at square root s=17.3 GeV per nucleon using the NA44 experiment at the CERN Super Proton Synchrotron (SPS). We find that the source size parameters increase with the charged particle multiplicity. [...]

Recent results from the CERES/NA45 experiment and upgrade with a radial-drift TPC / Esumi, S C (CERN) /CERES Collaboration
The CERES/NA45 experiment measures low mass electron pair production in Pb - Au collisions at 158A GeV at the CERN SPS. In this paper, we present the electron pair enhancement in the mass range $0.2<m_{ee}$ < 0.7 GeV/c$^{2}$, it increases more than linear with charged multiplicity and is most pronounced at low pair $p_{T}$ < 0.5 GeV/c. High energy Pb + Pb collisions as seen by the NA44 experiment / NA44 Collaboration
NA44 is a focusing spectrometer at the CERN SPS that measures single- particle inclusive spectra and two-particle correlations near mid- rapidity. Recent data taken using a 158 GeV/nucleon Pb beam incident on a Pb target will be presented. [...]

Antideuteron production in 158 AGeV/c Pb + Pb collisions / Bearden, I G ; Bøggild, H ; Boissevain, J G ; Christiansen, P L ; Conin, L ; Dodd, J ; Erazmus, B ; Esumi, S C ; Fabjan, Christian Wolfgang ; Ferenc, D et al.
The invariant cross section as a function of transverse momentum for antideuterons produced in 158 A GeV/c per nucleon Pb+Pb central collisions has been measured by the NA44 experiment at CERN. This measurement, together with a measurement of antiprotons, allows for the determination of the antideuteron coalescence parameter. [...]

Coalescence, interferometry and flow / NA44 Collaboration
NA44 has measured proton and deuteron distributions from SS and SPb collisions at 200 GeV/c and PbPb collisions at 158 GeV/c. The mean $p_{T}$ of both protons and deuterons grows with system size but the deuterons are somewhat slower than the protons. [...]
