/ Di Micco, Biagio (ed.) (INFN, Rome3 ; Rome III U.) ; Gouzevitch, Maxime (ed.) (Lyon, IPN) ; Mazzitelli, Javier (ed.) (Zurich U.) ; Vernieri, Caterina (ed.) (SLAC) ; Alison, J. This document summarises the current theoretical and experimental status of the di-Higgs boson production searches, and of the direct and indirect constraints on the Higgs boson self-coupling, with the wish to serve as a useful guide for the next years. The document discusses the theoretical status, including state-of-the-art predictions for di-Higgs cross sections, developments on the effective field theory approach, and studies on specific new physics scenarios that can show up in the di-Higgs final state. The $\hat{H}$-Parameter: An Oblique Higgs View
/ Englert, Christoph (SUPA, UK) ; Giudice, Gian F. (CERN) ; Greljo, Admir (CERN) ; Mccullough, Matthew (CERN ; Cambridge U., DAMTP)
We study, from theoretical and phenomenological angles, the Higgs boson oblique parameter $\hat{H}$, as the hallmark of off-shell Higgs physics. $\hat{H}$ is defined as the Wilson coefficient of the sole dimension-6 operator that modifies the Higgs boson propagator, within a Universal EFT. [...]

Report from Working Group 2 : Higgs Physics at the HL-LHC and HE-LHC
/ Cepeda, M. (CERN ; Madrid, CIEMAT) ; Gori, S. (UC, Santa Cruz, Inst. Part. Phys.) ; Ilten, P. (Birmingham U.) ; Kado, M. (Orsay, LAL ; INFN, Rome ; Rome U.) ; Riva, F. (Geneva U., Dept. Theor. (Milan Bicocca U.) ; Alves, A. (U. Sao Paulo (main)) et al.
The discovery of the Higgs boson in 2012, by the ATLAS and CMS experiments, was a success achieved with only a percent of the entire dataset foreseen for the LHC. It opened a landscape of possibilities in the study of Higgs boson properties, Electroweak Symmetry breaking and the Standard Model in general, as well as new avenues in probing new physics beyond the Standard Model. VBS ${\rm W}^\pm {\rm W}^\pm {\rm H}$ production at the HL-LHC and a 100 TeV $pp$-collider
/ Englert, Christoph (SUPA, UK ; Glasgow U.) ; Li, Qiang (Peking U. ; Peking U., SKLNPT ; CAS, CEPP, Beijing) ; Spannowsky, Michael (Durham U., IPPP) ; Wang, Mengmeng (Peking U., SKLNPT ; Peking U.) ; Wang, Lei (Peking U., SKLNPT ; Peking U.)
${\rm W}^\pm {\rm W}^\pm {\rm H}$ production at hadron colliders through vector boson scattering is a so far unconsidered process, which leads to a clean signature of two same-sign charged leptons and two widely separated jets. This process is sensitive to the ${\rm HHH}$ and ${\rm WWHH}$ couplings and any deviation of these couplings from their SM predictions serves as direct evidence of new physics beyond the SM. [...]
