Quantitative availability modelling for the MYRRHA accelerator driven system / Felsberger, L (CERN) ; Uythoven, J (CERN) ; Apollonio, A (CERN) ; Dorda, U (SCK-CEN, Mol) ; van de Walle, J (SCK-CEN, Mol) ; Vandeplassche, D (SCK-CEN, Mol)
The availability of modern accelerators has become a key performance indicator. This is especially the case for accelerator-driven-systems (ADS), such as MYRRHA, which need to deliver beam with very few interruptions longer than a few seconds over a period of several months. [...]

$β$-delayed fission of $^{180}$Tl / Elseviers, J ; Andreyev, A N (York U., England ; JAEA, Ibaraki) ; Huyse, M (Leuven U.) ; Van Duppen, P (Leuven U.) ; Antalic, S (Comenius U.) ; Barzakh, A (St. Petersburg, INP) ; Bree, N (Leuven U.) ; Cocolios, T E (CERN ; Leuven U.) ; Comas, V F (Darmstadt, GSI) ; Diriken, J (Leuven U.) et al.
The detailed analysis of the β-delayed fission data of $^{180}$Tl is presented. The experiment was performed by producing a pure beam of $^{180}$Tl by means of highly selective resonance laser ionization followed by mass separation with the ISOLDE (CERN, Geneva) isotope separator. [...]

Shape dynamics in neutron-rich Kr isotopes: Coulomb excitation of $^{92}Kr$, $^{94}Kr$ and $^{96}Kr$ / Albers, M (Cologne U.) ; Nomura, K (Cologne U.) ; Warr, N (Cologne U.) ; Blazhev, A (Cologne U.) ; Jolie, J (Cologne U.) ; Mücher, D (Munich, Tech. U.) ; Bastin, B (KU Leuven, FET) ; Bauer, C (Darmstadt, Tech. U.) ; Bernards, C (Yale U.) ; Bettermann, L (Cologne U.) et al.
We report on the study of excited states in $^{92,94,96}Kr$ populated via projectile Coulomb excitation at safe energies. The radioactive ion beams at energies of 2.85 MeV/u were delivered by the REX-ISOLDE facility at CERN and impinged on self-supporting $^{194,196}Pt$ targets. [...]

Electromagnetic properties of low-lying states in neutron-deficient Hg isotopes: Coulomb excitation of $^{182}$Hg, $^{184}$Hg, $^{186}$Hg and $^{188}$Hg / Wrzosek-Lipska, K (Warsaw U., Heavy Ion Lab ; Leuven U.) ; Rezynkina, K (Leuven U. ; U. Strasbourg) ; Bree, N (Leuven U.) ; Zielińska, M (Warsaw U., Heavy Ion Lab ; IRFU, Saclay) ; Gaffney, L P (Liverpool U. ; Leuven U. ; CERN ; West Scotland U.) ; Petts, A (Liverpool U.) ; Andreyev, A (Leuven U. ; York U., England) ; Bastin, B (Leuven U. ; GANIL) ; Bender, M (Lyon, IPN) ; Blazhev, A (Cologne U.) et al.
The neutron-deficient mercury isotopes serve as a classical example of shape coexistence, whereby at low energy near-degenerate nuclear states characterized by different shapes appear. The electromagnetic structure of even-mass $^{182-188}$ Hg isotopes was studied using safe-energy Coulomb excitation of neutron-deficient mercury beams delivered by the REX-ISOLDE facility at CERN. Detailed $\alpha$-decay study of $^{180}\mathrm{Tl}$ / Andel, B (Comenius U.) ; Andreyev, A N (York U., England ; JAEA, Ibaraki ; CERN) ; Antalic, S (Comenius U.) ; Barzakh, A (St. Petersburg, INP) ; Bree, N (Leuven U.) ; Cocolios, T E (Leuven U. ; CERN) ; Comas, V F (Darmstadt, GSI) ; Diriken, J (Leuven U.) ; Elseviers, J (Leuven U.) ; Fedorov, D V (St. Petersburg, INP) et al.
A detailed $\alpha$-decay spectroscopy study of $^{180}\mathrm{Tl}$ has been performed at ISOLDE (CERN). $Z$-selective ionization by the Resonance Ionization Laser Ion Source (RILIS) coupled to mass separation provided a high-purity beam of $^{180}\mathrm{Tl}$. [...]

Coulomb excitation of (31)Mg / Seidlitz, M ; Mucher, D ; Reiter, P ; Bildstein, V ; Blazhev, A ; Bree, N ; Bruyneel, B ; Cederkall, J ; Clement, E ; Davinson, T et al. /MINIBALL ; REX-ISOLDE
The ground state properties of 31 Mg indicate a change of nuclear shape at N=19 with a deformed Jπ=1/2+ intruder state as a ground state, implying that 31 Mg is part of the “island of inversion”. The collective properties of excited states were the subject of a Coulomb excitation experiment at REX-ISOLDE, CERN, employing a radioactive 31 Mg beam. [...]

Low-energy Coulomb excitation of $^{96,98}$Sr beams / Clément, E (GANIL ; CERN) ; Zielińska, M (IRFU, Saclay ; Warsaw U., Heavy Ion Lab) ; Péru, S (CEA DAM) ; Goutte, H (IRFU, Saclay) ; Hilaire, S (CEA DAM) ; Görgen, A (Oslo U.) ; Korten, W (IRFU, Saclay) ; Doherty, D T (IRFU, Saclay ; York U., England) ; Bastin, B (GANIL) ; Bauer, C (Darmstadt, Tech. U.) et al.
The structure of neutron-rich $^{96,98}$Sr nuclei was investigated by low-energy safe Coulomb excitation of radioactive beams at the REX-ISOLDE facility, CERN, with the MINIBALL spectrometer. A rich set of transitional and diagonal E2 matrix elements, including those for non-yrast structures, has been extracted from the differential Coulomb-excitation cross sections. [...]

Onset of collectivity in $^{96,98}$Sr studied via Coulomb excitation / Clement, E (GANIL) ; GöRgen, A (Oslo U.) ; Dijon, A (GANIL) ; de France, G (GANIL) ; Bastin, B (GANIL) ; Blazhev, A (Cologne U.) ; Bree, N (KU Leuven, Dept. Phys. Astron.) ; Butler, P (Liverpool U.) ; Delahaye, P (GANIL) ; Ekstrom, A (Lund U.) et al.
A rapid onset of quadrupole deformation is known to occur around the neutron number 60 in the neutron-rich Zr and Sr isotopes. This shape change has made the neutron-rich A = 100 region an active area of experimental and theoretical studies for many decades now. [...]

Characterization of the low-lying 0$^{+}$ and 2$^{+}$ states in $^{68}$Ni via $\beta$ decay of the low-spin $^{68}$Co isomer / Flavigny, F ; Pauwels, D ; Radulov, D ; Darby, I J ; De Witte, H ; Diriken, J ; Fedorov, D V ; Fedosseev, V N (CERN) ; Fraile, L M ; Huyse, M et al.
The low-energy structure of the neutron-rich nucleus Ni68 has been investigated by measuring the β decay of the low-spin isomer in Co68 selectively produced in the decay chain of Mn68. A revised level scheme has been built based on the clear identification of β-γ-E0 delayed coincidences. [...]
