The $\nu$-ball is a high-efficiency hybrid spectrometer which consists of both germanium (Ge) detectors and associated anti-Compton BGO shields, coupled to lanthanum bromide (LaBr$_3$) detectors. The hybrid configuration provides a combination of both excellent energy and timing resolutions. [...]

High-precision prompt- γ -ray spectral data from the reaction Pu241 ( nth , f )
/ Oberstedt, S ; Billnert, R ; Belgya, T ; Bryś, T ; Geerts, W ; Guerrero, C (CERN) ; Hambsch, F -J ; Kis, Z ; Moens, A ; Oberstedt, A et al.
In this paper we present results from the first high-precision prompt-γ-ray spectral measurements from the reaction Pu241(nth, f). Apart from one recent experiment, no data are reported in the literature for this fissioning system, which motivated a new dedicated experiment. [...]

Measurements of prompt gamma-rays from fast-neutron induced fission with the LICORNE directional neutron source
/ Wilson, J N (Orsay, IPN) ; Lebois, M (Orsay, IPN) ; Halipre, P (Orsay, IPN) ; Oberstedt, S (Geel, JRC) ; Oberstedt, A (Goteborg, ITP)
At the IPN Orsay we have developed a unique, directional, fast neutron source called LICORNE, intended initially to facilitate prompt fission gamma measurements. The ability of the IPN Orsay tandem accelerator to produce intense beams of $^7$Li is exploited to produce quasi-monoenergetic neutrons between 0.5 - 4 MeV using the p($^7$Li,$^7$Be)n inverse reaction. Measurements of prompt fission gamma-rays and neutrons with lanthanide halide scintillation detectors
/ Oberstedt, A (Goteborg, ITP) ; Belgya, T (Wigner RCP, Budapest) ; Billnert, R (Geel, JRC) ; Borcea, R (Geel, JRC) ; Brys, T (Geel, JRC) ; Chaves, C (Geel, JRC) ; Gamboni, T (Geel, JRC) ; Geerts, W (Geel, JRC) ; Göök, A (Darmstadt, Tech. Hochsch.) ; Guerrero, C (CERN) et al.
Photons have been measured with lanthanide halide scintillation detectors in coincidence with fission fragments. Using the time-of-flight information, reactions from γ-rays and neutrons could easily be distinguished. [...]

New information on $\beta$-delayed neutron emission from $^{12, 14}$Be
/ ISOLDE Collaboration
The $\beta$-delayed neutron branches from neutron-rich Be-isotopes have been measured with a setup sensitive down to thermal energies. For $^{14}$Be a new value of P$_{n}$= 101 $\pm$ 4% has been found for the total neutron-emission probability and an upper limit of 2.4% (95% confidence level) is imposed on the combination P$_{2n}$ + 3P$_{3n}$ of multi-neutron emission probabilities. On the $\beta$-decay of $^{9}$C
/ ISOLDE Collaboration
In $\beta$-decay experiments on $^{9}$C at CERN/ISOLDE the $\beta$-strength was determined to the ground state, the 12.2 MeV excited state and the isobaric analog state (IAS) at 14.655 MeV in $^{9}$B. A large $\beta$-strength asymmetry is deduced for the mirror transitions of $^{9}$C and $^{9}$Li to states around 12 MeV excitation energy. [...]
