Abstract	The description and characteristics of sixteen-channel board ADB-16 with analog and digital outputs are presented. It is built on the basis of IC of eight-channel amplifiers AMPL-8.3 and discriminators DISC-8.3 developed jointly by the Research Institute for Nuclear Problems of Belarussian State University, Minsk, and JINR, Dubna, for the muon system of D0 experiment (FNAL).
