| Abstract | We present a study of inclusive direct- gamma and pi /sup 0/ production in hadronic interactions that focuses on a comparison of the ratio of gamma and pi /sup 0/ yields with expectations from next- to-leading order perturbative QCD (NLO pQCD). |
