Abstract	The cell for uniaxial stress of crystals up to 5 kbar, which is used in the _{\mu}SR-experiments on investigation of the aluminum acceptor impurity in silicon, is described. Dimensions of the samples to be investigated are \sim 9.5\times 9.5\times 20 mm. The pressure control is performed with the calibrated tensoresistors.
