The quilt used to make this coat uses a cream base and jewel tones. A flourish of reds and oranges frame the "flying goose" patterned blocks made from the deep purples, greens, and aquamarines. Size: Small Wingspan: 59" Base of neck to waist: 33" Waist: 46" Size Chart According to Pattern: XS: 6-8 Small: 10-12 Medium: 14-16 Large: 18-20 Care Instructions: Spot clean when possible. Handmade from a vintage quilt that was restored and then repurposed into a super cozy jacket. Ready to ship! About the Quilt: Incredibly soft, lightweight, medium thickness. All cotton. Unknown age. Both machine and hand pieced, and machine and hand quilted. This quilt was well loved and has been softened to cozy perfection. It shows some signs of age such as small tears and minor discolorations in the top, but I spent a long time cleaning and restoring it before reworking it into this jacket. The Jacket: Hip length, snap closures. Slightly boxy fit making it more versatile to different body shapes. Stand collar. Sleeves are cut wider for a slouchy, effortless vibe. All inner seams are bound/overcast to prevent fraying, and I use soft cotton tags, because no one likes an itchy tag. Care: Cozy Jacket, Handmade Quilts, Vintage Quilts, Hand Quilting
