1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1/2 tsp basil 
1/2 tsp oregano 
1/2 tsp thyme 
1/2 tsp coriander 
1/2 tsp tsp cumin 
1/2 Avocado

Blend all ingredients and add to your rice. Making your rice full of delicious flavor.

Here is how I made it:

1.Add 2 lbs chicken thighs to a bowl. Drizzle with 1.5 tbsp EVOO and season with 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsb thyme, 1/2 tbsp chili flakes, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, a few pinches salt & ground pepper, 2 tbsp plain yogurt, & juice of 1 lemon. Mix well, then ideally let this marinate for 4-6hrs, but if you want to make it right away go ahead.
