This is a money/candy lei I made for my sister for graduation. Here is the website I used to make the flowers out of dollar bills http://www.homemade-gifts-made-easy.com/origami-money-flowers.html I then just tied ribbon around the middles and tied them to a thicker ribbon with small pieces of candy inbetween the flowers. Fairly easy but it is time consuming depending on how many flowers you want to make. I’m giving you the alternate instructions in case you can’t find plastic tubing! Try party supply stores and Amazon! You need 2 yards

Step 1: Gather your supplies - assorted candy (I use six), plastic wrap, ribbon, scissors. (You’ll need about two yards of the thinnest ribbon and one yard of each of the accents)
