Like the restaurant, it’s made to be served right away. Eventually it will get soft and chewy within 15-20 minutes. This is the reason why I don’t make them often. On instagram or TikTok people don’t tell you how it looks and sounds after it been sitting for 15 minutes or more. You only see what they want you to see and hear what they want you to believe.
