☀️It’s in the 80’s here in Texas and I’ve been craving my dilly bar buster bar mash-up.
It’s a healthier version made with full-fat Greek yogurt, peanut butter, peanuts, and melted chocolate.

INGREDIENTS 🍦

* 1 Cup Full Fat Greek Yogurt
* ¼ Cup Peanut Butter
* Handful of peanuts
* 1 Cup Chocolate chips (¼ for the ice cream mixture and ¾ cup for melting)
* 1 tbsp coconut oil.
* Pinch of flakey sea salt

Instructions 🍽️

1. Mix the Greek yogurt and peanut butter together until combined.
2. Add 4 separate scoops of the yogurt mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Place a popsicle stick in the center of each dollop of yogurt and press down slightly.
