I was a storm cloud for halloween and my husband was a Weatherman. Everything was made with items from Michaels and Amazon. My cloud headpiece I made with polyester stuffing (I died some of it grey) and put flashing LED lights with a battery pack behind it so it looked like a storm. Sharing in case anyone needs Halloween costume inspiration! It was a great couples costume.
