For a personal project. This is an obsolete worker/military robot. it's usually found in scrapyards or roaming in slums and are often "rouge" robots and is almost never in good condition. People often time do try to reprogram them and sometimes even fit them with makeshift weapons. But more often then not they are scrapped for parts.
