Diaphanous Vintage 1960s Seafoam Green Empire Line Goddess Evening Dress

A super elegant evening dress dating to the 1960s, in a diaphanous goddess style. Made in two layers, both stylish seafoam green - underneath a silk like synthetic, sewn with the smooth side to the body, over this a sheer synthetic, lightweight and floating, woven with a fine raised glossy rib. The dress is empire line, the bodice boned, the fabric gathered and twisted at the center front bust, fastening at the side with an invisible zip. The skirt is in two layers, the top layer longer, flowing to a rounded train.
