Mid-Victorian Sapphire & Diamond Navette Ring 18K Yellow Gold & Silver

This captivating mid-Victorian era ring is centered with one (1) oval mixed cut natural sapphire set into a twelve-prong setting. The sapphire is bordered with twenty-four (24) old mine cut diamonds prong set into sterling silver settings. The ring measures 32.7mm at the top, rises 6.0mm above the finger, tapering to 1.9mm wide and 0.8mm thick at the base of the shank. This ring is currently a size 6.75. One of the diamonds is chipped. The ring has a beautiful aged patina finish on the gold.
