What does allyship look like?🤔

An ally recognizes their own privilege and uses their own privilege to lift the voices of the oppressed. An ally understands that this is a weight that they, too, must be willing to carry and never put down. This week we are being mindful of ways in which we can all become better allies to the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
