Branches floral arrangement

Hello all, My haemanthus lily produced 2 flowers that had to be cut and used. Their short stems are somewhat limiting, so I chose this self-made container in which to display them. Because I don't use this container very often, I had forgotten about it but re-discovered it during some tidying up of the store room. I, also, used dietes leaves and Murraya Paniculata in bud. Hello all, Our exhibition is over and we are all very happy with what we have achieved. It was the first time that I was responsible for an exhibition, even if it was a relatively small one and I had to fight some misgivings of whether I would be able to pull it off. Hello all, For today's Masterclass I provided each attendant with a large branch of corky elm and five green goddess lilies. They were to select their own containers for their arrangement. Although they look dry, the branches were fresh, making them malleable, able to be bent and reshaped. Prior to class I, also, challenged myself with the same exercise. On Monday evening last, my colleague Helen Quarrell and I conducted a demonstration for the Friends of the Geelong Botanic Gardens.
