Painting a Sogarat // Pintando el Sogarat

La cosa es así, la comunidad de infinity de acá (Bs As) se empezó a mover. La idea es jugar una partida por semana y pintar una mini por semana también. La primer miniatura que elegí para pintar es este bonito sogarat que lo tenía para armar y no lo estaba pintando.

Le di con aero primer negro y luces en blanco. Después le puse azul a toda la armadura y rojo en casco y hombreras. Esta la hice hará un mes ya. Estoy aprovechando ahora que tengo tiempo para subirla al blog que lo tengo medio colgado.

Proximamente más imágenes, porque estoy pintando bastante.

The thing is, the infinity community here (Buenos aires) began to move again. The idea is to play one game per week and paint a mini per week as well. The first miniature I chose to paint is this nice sogarat that I had to assemble and that it  was not painted yet.
I started with a black prime using the aero, and then some lights in white. Then I turned blue to all the armor and red in helmet and shoulder pads. This I made it a month ago already. I'm taking advantage now that I have time to upload it to the blog that I have half hung.

Kormak WIP pt 2

Bueno, parece que como a cada chancho le llega su San Martín, también a cada Morat le llega su momento de ser pintado. Ayer mientras escuchaba por radio la goleada de Lanús sobre San Lorenzo (4 a 0) por la final del camaleónico campeonato de futbol argentino, estaba divertido pintando al groso de Kormak. Me falta todavía algunas cosas más, de hecho las fotos con macro me sirven para ver dónde debería retocar un poco, pero me gusta como viene.

Well, it seems like every dog has its day also each Morat gets its time to be painted. Yesterday while listening to the radio the match beteen Lanus and San Lorenzo (4-0) for the final of the chameleonic Argentinian FUTBOL championship, I was getting the best of my funny times painting the lider of all Morats: Kormak. I still have some work to do on it but I like the way its comming to life my Kormak.

Estuve un poco alejado del blog, pero, como toda temporada de mucho laburo, alguna vez relaja y deja tiempo a las cosas que realmente importan...

Por eso estoy pintando Kormak de infinity.

Cadmus Terminadito

Bueno, corto, terminé el cadmus...
Short story: I finished the Cadmus.

Para la base usé piedritas y flock de otoño de GF9.
For the base I used autumn flock and little stones from GF9.

Pintando en el finde / / Weekend Pain Ting

Bueno este finde, en particular el sábado durante el partido de rugby entre Los Pumas y la selección de Togo, me puse a pintar. Tengo unos 5 enanos con ballestas que estoy pintando para jugar algún Skirmish de Fantasía (Mordheim o SoBH, o el que se les ocurra al grupo) y tenía que terminarlos. No los terminé, pero les di luces a las capas y sombras a las barbas. Además le volví a dar la base al Cadmus de los Shavastiis, cambiando el tono de azul a uno muy oscuro. Además, seguí iluminando las armas y parte de la armadura con capas diluidas de amarillo. Por ultimo le di una nueva capa de naranja porque tenía una pero no logré que cubra completamente el azul de fondo.

Además le saqué fotos a la loca que voy a usar en la campaña de Ale terminada. repinté el arma porque no me gustó el plateado. Ahora espero que próximamente logre terminar el shavastii y la uxia que anda por ahí dando vueltas.

Well this weekend, especially on Sunday during the rugby match between the Pumas and the selection of Togo, I started to paint. I have about 5 dwarves with crossbows that I am painting to play some Skirmish Fantasy Game (Mordheim or Sobh, or they can think of the group) and I had to finish them. I have not finished them, but I gave them the lights in the clothes and the shadows on the beards. I went back to change the base colour to the Shavastiis Cadmus, changing the tone of blue to a dark one. Also, I kept lighting up the weapons and armor with the diluted yellow layers. Finally I gave him a new coat of orange in the armour of the legs  because it had an layer that failed to completely cover the blue background.

Also I took pictures of the finished Dwarf that I will use in the Alejandro Campaign. I repainted the gun because I did not like the silver metallic. Now I hope that soon I will manage to finish the shavastii and the poor uxia that's out there spinning all the time.
