周六的吃吃喝喝

一早去了附近的面包房，买了好几种面包。给自己挑了个honey toast，看着就好吃，但是糖分不低，所以一直没买，今天放肆了。果然外焦内软，香甜可口，不过只吃了一半

beef short ribs也是我家经常出现的一道菜，油脂比较多，但也是香嫩的源泉。料理之前把所有能去掉的肥油剔除

加了红酒，罐装西红柿，配意面正好

晚餐清淡些，做了香煎Chilean sea bass, 加了点紫苏叶添味
