128kB 今回はメモリへの要求は大したことないので使ったのは AT91SAM7S64。 べつに AT91SAM でもなくていい勘定だが (実際、初期構想では AD の ADuC7024 だったんだけど) メモリへの要求が厳しいことが多いので慣れとこうと思って。 最大搭載メモリの点を除けば競合相手の NXP LPC2148系のが同じサイズで I/O ピン数多いとか、使いではありそうなんだけども。 さて、欠点のほうは、 I/Oピン配置がムチャクチャ。 Atmel製といっても同社の AVR ほどには I/Oピンで電流は取れない (出力インピーダンスは H/L対称で 50ohm位)。 てことで。AT91SAM7S 系と AT91SAM7X 系との違いは主に I/O ピン数。後者のほうがパッケージが大きく、I/O ピン数も多い。 ついでに I/Oピン配置のムチャクチャさ加減も倍増しているが、 こ
