2010年はまさにスマートフォンの年だったといってよいと思う。Xperia*1に始まり、iPhone4で加速し、「未来に行くなら、アンドロイドを持て。」を標語にau軍が攻勢をかけた。各社は「スマートフォン時代」に本腰を入れ始め、ついに我々の待ち望んだ未来がやってきたのだ。 ……という具合だったが、個人的には面白くも何ともない一年だった。面白くないのはAndroidの態度である。 あらかじめ言っておくが、私は別にここの機能を取り上げて「ここはiPhoneに軍配が上がるがここではAndroidの勝利だ」などと続けていくつもりはない。ミクロな話ではなく、もっとマクロな話である。そう、設計理念の話だ。これからのスマホOSの理念の話をしようじゃないか。 iPhoneは、僕たちに何を教えたのか。あるいは、僕たちに何を「教え込んだ」のか。それは、「デファクトスタンダードの偉大さ」という一行にすべてを込め
