We keep all patch designs on file for faster repeat ordering. Patch Information: * Our patches are NOT SEWN on. They are applied with industrial hat presses and adhesive. * The silver and gold engraving can leave a dusting over the patches that makes them shimmery. * Marble patches have a marbling effect. They will look like they have a grey vein running through them. * Patches are vegan leather. Hat Care: * Patch hats should never be machine washed. Patches can be spot cleaned with a damp rag or baby wipe with light pressure. * We are not responsible for hat discoloration due to heavy sweating. Shipping: * We ship to the address provided. Addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed. * We do not replace lost or stolen hats. Please be sure to provide correct shipping addresses and a safe location for delivery. * Returned packages due to incorrect shipping information will be reshipped at the customers expense. * All hat orders are shipped via USPS and UPS.
