A yoga posture like savasana signals quite a few things: time to release and relax. And yet, savasana can be a surprisingly difficult posture for some. I know it was for me. But with this 10-minute script for savasana, it doesn’t have to be.

When your world moves too fast and you lose yourself in the chaos, introduce yourself to each color of the sunset. Reacquaint yourself with the earth beneath your feet.
