Not only do I have a powerful induction hob, it has an inbuilt extractor fan which I’m mightily impressed with. It sucks steam in so efficiently, I find it absolutely mesmerising. We have a narrow kitchen so I just didn’t want a big extractor fan or extractor hood on the wall making the space feel more enclosed. This frees up wall space and makes it so light and airy in there. Also my previous extractor fan on the wall used to get so greasy and it was hard to clean because I couldn’t get to it easily. This is so much more hygienic and easy to clean.
