GobMis GNU/Linux – a GNU/Linux operating system based on Devuan and tailored to the specific needs of public administration. Released under the GNU GPL license, GobMis is created using free software and is open to customization to accommodate the specific needs of each level of administration.
The system includes tools commonly used in public offices, covering all computing needs of public administration.
This includes LibreOffice as an office tool, Firefox as a web browser, Evolution for email management, GIMP as a graphics editor, and VLC as a multimedia player.
GobMis GNU/Linux strives for technological sovereignty and fully respects Provincial Decree No. 1800/07, which mandates the use of the Open Standard for Office Documents (ODF: OpenDocument ISO/IEC 26300/06) in the Provincial Public Administration by including LibreOffice as the standard office suite.
