This is such a fun recipe to make with your kids & I’m sure it’ll be a hit at all your parties. Let’s make this.

1 mango, cut into small cubes
1 kiwi, cut into small cubes
1 dragonfruit, cut into small cubes
10-15 lychee, deseeded & roughly chopped
8-10 jamun, deseeded & roughly chopped
1 watermelon
2 cups watermelon juice
1 cup water
2.5 tsp agar agar
Chop all the fruits & add them to a bowl. Cut a small part of the watermelon to give it a steadier base. Cut it in half & chop a small section of the watermelon removing as many seeds as possible & add them to the bowl. Scoop out the watermelon flesh keeping the shell intact & blend it using a hand blender or a mixer grinder. Strain the juice to remove the seeds.
