It’s so so delicious & fulfills all your dietary needs with protein, carbs, fibre & good fats all in one meal. Let’s make this.   Serves 2 200 gms paneer 1 tbsp butter Salt to taste 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp chilli flakes  1 tsp oregano Coat the paneer slice in butter & all the herbs on both sides. Cook on a hot pan till golden brown. Keep aside.  Herbed rice 1 tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup veggies, finely chopped (I’ve used onion, capsicum, red & yellow bell pepper)- the veggies here are completely optional.  Salt to taste 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp chilli flakes  1 tsp oregano 1 cup boiled rice Heat oil in a pan. Add the herbs & veggies & saute for 30 seconds. Add the rice & cook for 2 minutes. Keep aside.
