Nduja, the spicy and intensely flavorful Calabrian salami spread, is adapted here by Chef John with just 5 ingredients, including meaty pancetta and hot Calabrian chilies.

This recipe would be great as a topping on slices of toasted crostini!Servings are based on using crostini as an appetizer.
