Last night my mum and I watched The September Issue (directed by R.J. Cutler) and it was absolutely amazing. It sort of made me realize what a crazy world the Fashion industry is... but it was a great eye-opener as well. Grace Coddington is my official hero. As my mum said, she was sort of a grump, and rather whiny as well, but her creative sense is truly incredible. She did 3 shoots in just a couple of weeks for this issue, and every single one was AMAZING. I especially loved the 1920's…

When World War One ended in 1918, people were obviously happy. So happy in fact that their collective euphoria ultimately influenced the fashion of the time. The era came to be defined by the emergence of vintage fashion, and as you can see from these pictures, it still looks awesome over 90 years later.
