The food, what can I say, totally delicious and tasty. It’s hard to pick up one that is the best. One that I enjoyed the most was the Shopska Salata in sofia,with tomatoes,cucumber , roasted pepers , olive oil, white vinegar , onions , persil and grate feta chesse .Very fresh salad to eat , specially in summer time and easy to make.
