Ketel One released the Ketel One copper kettle for batch cocktails to be serve "teapot style' to a group of imbibers. We use the kettles to add liquid nitrogen to the martini to make the world coldest martini, just a little lighter than a slushee.

The Night train, an espresso martini of vanilla infused grand marnier, amara montenegro, esspresso coffee, vanilla syrup and a vanilla whiped cream lashed with liquid nitrogen, turning it into a macaroon/icecream texture, eaten with a spoon.
